Ellis
My name is Ellis, and I’m a 14 year old Broadway fanatic from north east England. I’ve seen 5 shows in the UK; the Lion King (west end), Wicked (west end), Matilda (west end), Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat (UK tour), and Peter Pan (UK tour). My favourite musicals are: Anastasia, The Great Comet, Wicked, Frozen and Waitress. I also like mean girls and cats. My all time favourite songs from musicals are: Requiem (DEH), Land of Yesterday (Anastasia), and Stupid With Love from Mean Girls! I also love art, bullet journaling, and the Sims 4.

So, let me tell you a little bit about myself. As I have already said my name is Ella and I am from London, I have always enjoyed musicals and have been to see many, both old and new. It has also always been my dream to be in one, I have been trained in modern, ballet, tap and other various styles since I could walk. I may not look like your typical performer, not skinny and beautiful, but I am confident in the body that I am in and I love my body. I have dealt with a lot of shit over the years about my body and it really got to me, but recently moving to London I have made a great group of friends who support me and make me feel beautiful in the body I am in. That doesn’t defeat the point that I love what I do and always have. The posts Ella have written for the blog include '42nd Street- Broadway Back in Time' Molly Hi everyone!!

My names Molly, I’m fifteen years old and from the U.K. I love to write both fictionally and non fictionally and am interested in politics (I completed a weeks work experience in Parliament as of May 2018), as well as having a passion for musical theatre (though not performing). My favourite show is Hamilton, mainly due to my interest in History, politics as well as my love for Hip hop/ rap music. If you have any questions feel free to email me at mollykiely5@gmail.com.

Lilyemma
Hiya, I’m Lilyemma, I’m an aspiring journalist, currently doing A Levels (English Literature, English Language, Psychology and Photography). I’m a huge musical theatre fan; I wish I could memorise things for school as well as I can memorise lines from shows! As I’m an English student, I find myself accidentally analysing language and the scripts, which should make some interesting content! My Instagram and Twitter username is ‘lilyemmaaa’ so feel free to contact me regarding anything musical theatre related! ☺Lilyemma

Hi, Jack here. I’m a college student from Surrey with a huge love for musicals. You’ll find that I don’t tend to stick to a “style” of musical to write about. If I have an opinion on a show, you can be sure to find it written down relatively quickly. Theatre has kind of been in my DNA for as long as I can remember, and I’ve managed to gain a half decent knowledge of it through study and schooling. Although some may think knowing theatre practices and techniques could ruin the magic, it only increases my appreciation of what I’m seeing go down on stage. I do amateur dramatics and love the feeling of being on stage immensely. My dream role is probably King George III from Hamilton. Clearly, I’m dreaming bigger than is probably good for me. I’m so glad to have the opportunity to write articles about the art form I adore, I hope you enjoy them.

Rebecca Thompson is a 17 year old bisexual writer in a relationship. She is a huge musical fan even if she doesn’t get to see them as often as she would like. Her first love will always be Wicked, but she is also currently falling for Hamilton the more obsessed her boyfriend gets.
